Melody Carroll
Rescue Director
Melody has been working for All 4 The Animals Rescue since July 2017. She has always been a huge animal lover, bringing home animals in need from the time she could walk. She has always been empathetic and understanding to all creatures. She has been volunteering and working with animals since she was 14 years old. as well as volunteering at a wolf sanctuary before getting involved with All 4 The Animals Rescue . It has always been her dream to have a career that makes a difference in the lives of animals in need, giving them a voice! She attended CSU for two years for Wildlife Conservation and Art before dedicating all her time to AAAR. Other than rescuing and loving on animals, Melody spends her short-lived free time reading, out in nature, and creating art! She describes animal rescue as a lifestyle!
Evelyn Comfort
Assistant Director & Foster Coordinator
Evelyn has been working for All 4 The Animals Rescue since February of 2023. Her involvement in animal welfare has been a long time coming! Evelyn had a heart for animals from a young age as most animal lovers do, but only broke into her passion in recent years, specifically during the pandemic. She thought, “Hey, if the world is gonna end, I need to be doing something important!” These days you can find her coordinating all of your foster needs and helping Melody and the crew make AAAR everything it can be! In her downtime Evelyn loves to rollerskate & spend time with her two dogs, Calluna and Woody in the mountains. Evelyn ’s favorite part of working in animal rescue is helping the shy dogs come out of their shell and find their special someone!
William Carroll
Adoption Coordinator
Williamstarted as a foster for All 4 The Animals Rescue in the summer of 2022, followed by a lot of volunteering at adoption events. She started with All 4 The Animals Rescue as the Adoption Coordinator in July 2023. Williamhas literally always been obsessed with animals of all kinds – starting in very early childhood. As a toddler, she would come home with frogs in her pockets. As an adult, she even saves worms and caterpillars from baking on the sidewalk after it rains. Williamhas a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies, with a professional background in human resources and emergency communications. She has three dogs – Sonny, Luna, and Stratus – and has learned so much about dog behavior, training, and motivations from them despite literally always having dogs in her life!
Tammy Belk
Adoption Coordinator
Tammy first came to All 4 The Animals Rescue as a foster and volunteer in 2022. She started as Volunteer Coordinator in February of 2023 and recently transitioned to being an Adoption Coordinator helping all the babies find their forever homes! Her love for all animals, specifically dogs is what inspires her to make a difference and advocate for those that can’t do it themselves. She has a yellow lab named Fitzgerald who is her pride and joy! She believes that dogs are one of the most magical things in the world and hopes everyone can experience the companionship and love they bring. In her free time, Tammy loves watching movies, spending time with family & friends, and exploring the outdoors with her pup!
Emma Krier
Volunteer Coordinator
Emma first started as a foster for All 4 The Animals Rescue in May of 2023, and became part of the team in June 2023 by running the home inspection program. In August of 2023, she started as the Doggy Day Out Coordinator, showcasing our pups to the public! Now she’s our Volunteer Coordinator! Emma has been surprising her parents with animals such as bearded dragons, tortoises, and more ever since she can remember. She is currently a student at Colorado State University working towards a Bachelors in Global Environmental Sustainability. Emma has since foster failed a mini pitbull named Diana Ross who is her heart and soul. She is a huge advocate and lover of all bully breeds and has a strong passion when it comes to giving animals a second chance. Since being with All 4 The Animals Rescue , she has learned so much about training and behavior with dogs and strives to teach people her age the same things she has learned. In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her friends and family, and (of course) hanging with her dog!
Julie Gartside
Office Administrator
Julie started volunteering for her daughter Melody since 2018 and working for All 4 The Animals Rescue Animal Rescue since March 2023. She has always had a huge heart for the dogs that need extra love. She has enjoyed watching her daughter grow up with such a joy for animals. She always knew Melody loved animals unconditionally and now she’s proud to work with Melody towards her dream. Julie had been a Business Owner for 7 years and spent 10 years as a Real Estate Broker in Indiana and Colorado. In recent years she worked in Office Administration, Human Resources, and Bookkeeping. Julie spends most of her time hanging out with her family, fur-babies, and enjoying the outdoors. Her favorite place to be is at the river just listening and watching for wildlife.
Vivian Stein
Behavioral Consultant
Vivian has been a jack of all trades at AAAR. She started in 2019 as a volunteer, became the Assistant Director in 2021, then stepped down to Behavior Consultant in July 2023 when she moved to California. She obtained her Professional Science Master’s in Animal Shelter Management from Colorado State University. Her passion is dog behavior. She started her positive reinforcement training 3 years ago with her dog Tallulah, who has severe separation anxiety and leash reactivity, and has been helping others and their pups ever since. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Behavior Consultant and is living her dream helping shelter dogs overcome their behavior challenges. When she is not working at her California shelter or AAAR, she is going to Disneyland!
